100 | g | Icing sugar |
2 | tsp | Cinnamon |
25 | g | Yeast |
45 | g | Sugar |
50 | g | Butter |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
75 | g | Raisins |
Instructions for Glazed raisin buns
To prepare the Glazed raisin buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sift flour, salt, cinnamon and sugar into a large bowl. Rub the butter in. Warm the milk up until it is finger warm. Stir the yeast into a little of the milk. Bring yeast, the rest of the milk, raisins and eggs in the dough, stir together and knead until it is smooth and smooth. Place it in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth and allow it to rise until it has a double size.
Spread it again on a floured table. Divide it into 12 pieces, shaped into buns. Put them on a greased baking sheet or baking paper and cover them. Let them raise 30 minutes in a tight spot.
