Instructions for Glaceret ham
To prepare the Glaceret ham recipe, please follow these instructions:
1 ham at ca. 1.8 kg cooked ca. 40-45 min. with a little cloves, black peppercorns and a few Bay leaves. Then the ham pull snug in bed sheet approximately 5 hours. 1 dl good mustard, grated to be from 3 oranges and ½ dl sugar mix. Remove the blubber on the ham and rub the ham into the glaceringsmassen.
