Ingredients for Ghormeh Sabzi

1 | can | Ghormeh sabzi ca 5dl |
2 | Onion | |
2-3 | tsp | Shabelile |
3 | tsp | Turmeric |
3 | clove | Garlic |
5 | Dried lime | |
500 | g | Beef cubes |
Instructions for Ghormeh Sabzi
To prepare the Ghormeh Sabzi recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop onion and garlic and season this brown in a medium-sized saucepan.
Brown beef tart. Then add water to cover the meat. Let it boil and simmer for half an hour.
Add turmeric, shabelile and sabzi ghormeh. Leave simmer for another ½ hour.
In the dried limes cut 3 crosses (x) so they can become soft and the juice can come out. Add the limes to the pan and simmer approx. 20 min to the limes become soft.
Only now kidney beans are added. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with Iranian rice and possibly. Iranian salad.
tips:
I'm not even from Iran, but I personally think that one of the characteristics of Iranian food is that it's simple to make and tastes amazing! Iranian food often takes a long time to make because it is often best to simmer for a long time as most of the dishes are stews. That's why I think that Iranian food is something you enjoy while giving time to, for example. To cover a table, wash clothes and other household chores :)
