The pasta is boiled. Mix the tomatoes with basil and whipped cream as the halibut is cut into strips. When the pasta is poured, pour the water and tomato sauce and pour the halibut together with the pasta for approx. 3 minutes. The whole is poured into a dish and covered by a layer of approx. 3 mm thick slices of goat cheese. The dish is placed in the oven under grill for approx. 6-7 minutes until the cheese is golden. Served with a good bread, eg. Italian bread with sourdough.
