To prepare the Gazpacho recipe, please follow these instructions:

All vegetables blend well and the wine is poured in. The soup is seasoned with salt & amp; Pepper / peppers and put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. The Gazpacho is finally stirred with olive oil and served cold, possibly with garlic cloves.

tips:
It's a delicious and very healthy gazpacho - perfect for a hot summer evening. If there is anything left, it can last a few days in the fridge. Drink the same white wine as you use for the soup. If you do not have enough tomatoes you can use a can of peel as a supplement. It does not matter if the vegetables have become boring to look at, the blender does the little problem.
