0.5 | tsp | Salt |
3 | dl | Olive oil |
3 | dl | Water |
4 | Whole garlic (ca. 40-50 bold) |
Instructions for Garlic marinated in oil
To prepare the Garlic marinated in oil recipe, please follow these instructions:
Take all the fat out of the garlic. Let the skulls stay on. Bring water, vinegar and salt to boil. Cook the garlic cloves here for approx. 5 minutes.
Take the garlic cloves up, let them cool and pil them.
Bring garlic cloves into a glass and enjoy spices between them. Pour oil over the cold onion so it just covers. Close the glass and let the cloves pull in the oil in a cool place for at least 3 days.
tips:
When the garlic cloves are exhausted, the oil can be said and used in salad margins.
