Ingredients for Garlic 03

1 | bundle | Dill |
1-2 | dl | Cream |
2 | clove | Crushed garlic |
2-3 | tbsp | Tomato puree |
3 | tbsp | Butter |
4-5 | Tomatoes in slices | |
8-16 | Large herring fillets (depending on whether it is for lunch or main course) |
Instructions for Garlic 03
To prepare the Garlic 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the herring fillets in cold water. Wipe them well. Sprinkle with salt. Place half of the herring in a greased, ovenproof dish with the meat side upwards.
Mix the rest of the fat with crushed garlic and benefit over the herring.
Cut the dill and sprinkle over.
Then put the tomato slices upstairs.
Finally, put the rye of the herring fillets over the meat side downwards.
Whip cream and tomato paste together and pour it over.
Place the dish in the oven at 225 degrees for approx. 25 min. Until the herrings have been completed.
tips:
If the breakfast menu you serve bread and butter. If the main course you serve new cooked potatoes.
