Instructions for Full grain porridge-ham pie
To prepare the Full grain porridge-ham pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix grahamsmel and wheat flour together with salt.
Cut the margarine into small cubes and mash them into flour mixture, with your hands.
Bowl of egg yolk and 3 tablespoons of water and knead well. If it feels dry, add 1 tbsp of water.
Roll the dough to fit in a tarted shape. Put the dough in the greased form.
Turn on the oven. Put water over boiling.
Cut the pears into slices and put them in the boiled water for 2 minutes
Pour egg, milk, salt, pepper and other spices. Add fat, ham and pear and mix well.
Pour it all up into the mold with the dough. Come if Grated cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for approx. One hour at 150 degrees
