Ingredients for Fruit Bread

1 | tbsp | Oil |
1.5 | dl | Ymer |
2 | tsp | Salt |
200 | g | Grahams |
25 | g | Yeast |
25 | g | Chopped hazelnut kernels |
3 | dl | Lukewarm water |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
8 | Figs | |
8 | Dried apricots |
Instructions for Fruit Bread
To prepare the Fruit Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Apricots and figs are cut into smaller pieces and placed in a bowl together with wheat kernels. Water is poured over, so it covers well. Pulling approx. 1 hour and pour into a sieve. Water and yeast are stirred together. Yams, salt, oil, nuts, soft fruit, grhamsmel and wheat flour are added and the dough is well kneaded. Set for tilting a tight spot approx. 1 hour The dough slices down and forms into a large or 2 smaller loaves. Repeats approx. 1/2 hour on the plate. Baking time: 35-45 min. At 200 degrees depending on whether 1 or 2 loaves are baked. Bake on the bottom oven rib.
