Instructions for Frisian soup
To prepare the Frisian soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sauté the meat in oil.
Pour water by when the meat is browned. Then came the cheeses in and let it simmer on a low heat.
Cut the leeks into fine rings and add to the soup stand on a low heat. let in ca. 35 min.
Server soup with warm baguettes.
Tips:
The cheese forms a bold film on the soup and then you can lather it or use eyasy products.
