To prepare the Frisenborg cake with apples recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter the butter with sugar. The eggs are stirred at one time. Flour and baking soda are sifted together and mixed alternately with the milk.
The dough is spread out in a greased pan of 38 x 24 cm.
The apples are washed, peeled and the core housings removed. Cut the apples into thin slices and place them on top of the dough. Sugar, cinnamon and vanilla sugar are mixed and sprinkled over the apples. The cake is baked approx. 30 min. At 200 °.
