Turn the turkey technitz into a mixture of ginger, curry and coriander. Step the limescale technix approx. 3 min. On each side just before serving.

Shake crushed garlic, curry and ginger 1/2 minute. Add red onions in both, the red bed and squash and shake another 2 minutes. Bring tomatoes, crushed chilli and water and simmer for approx. 10 min. Season with salt and pepper.
