Instructions for Fried lobster tails
To prepare the Fried lobster tails recipe, please follow these instructions:
Snap off the shells of Scampis and take the meat out of the tails. Drip a little lemon juice and salt. Frozen lobster tails defrosted in a sieve. Turn the lobster tails in the beaten egg and then in bread crumbs. Or dip them in frituredej of flour, stirred together with oil, salt, water and a stiff whipped egg white. Heat the oil in a pan for the sizzle of the sulphur free end of a stick. Put an appropriate number of lobster tails into the Pan, so they swim freely and does not touch each other. Rose 3-4 min, take the lobster tails up with slotted spoon and let them drain on fat sucking paper.
Serve hot with lemon slices and possibly. with tartan sauce that touched of ca. 100 g mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped parsley, finely chopped pickled cucumber, chopped capers, a little fintreven zest and salt and pepper to taste.
