To prepare the Fried lamb with cranberries recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle the lamb pieces with salt and pepper and brown them in oil on all sides. Let them cool.
Put them on each piece of butter dough, just rolling a little larger first so that it can enclose the lamb meat. Put half of each spoon of rosemary on the meat and top with a spicy jam. Close the dough thoroughly around each piece and put the rest of the roast of rosemary through as a needle. Brush with egg and bag them at 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
