Instructions for Fried fish in sweet-sour sauce
To prepare the Fried fish in sweet-sour sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat a frying pan and gently fry the pressed garlic. Add the tomato puree. Add vinegar, sugar, water and soy. Cook it up.
Slice the cucumber and onion slices in half, peberfrugten into strips and tomatoes in both. All the vegetables should be cut into thin, fine pieces. Got it all in the sauce.
Stir in potato flour into the water, and pour it into the sauce. Stir well, and warm the sauce up to it thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut fish into serving pieces and fry the pieces on both sides in a little oil until they are nicely browned.
Put the fish on a platter. Pour the sauce over.
Course is served with rice or bread.
