Instructions for French waffles with butter cream

To prepare the French waffles with butter cream recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough:
Cut the cold butter into smaller pieces and crumble it in the flour. Gather the dough quickly. Place it covered in the refrigerator for at least ½ hour.

Roll out the dough on a mashed table for an approx. ½ cm thick dough plate. Cut the cakes with a dough stick (about 4½ cm in diameter). Gather the excess dough and repeat the slice until there are approx. 32 cakes.

Place the cakes with the surface down on the sugar-baked baking paper. Roll the cakes lightly with a cake roll to make oval waffles. Place them with the sugar side up on a plate of baking paper.

Bake waffles in the middle of the oven for about 8 minutes at 200 degrees C. Alm. oven. Let them cool off.

Butter cream:
Stir flour and boiling water together and whip the soft butter in the glaze.

Put the waffles together with the butter cream.
