Ingredients for French waffles

Raspberry jam
0.5tspVinegar
0.75dlWater
1Egg white for brushing
150gButter
2dlSugar
2.5dlWhipped cream
250gWheat flour

Instructions for French waffles

To prepare the French waffles recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the butter into the flour and findel it into a grainy mass.
Add the water and vinegar and knead the dough together. Put the dough cold ½ hour.
Roll the dough out on a floured and stick-out it with glass or shape with a diameter of approx. 6 cm.
Sprinkle 4-5 tbsp. sugar on a piece of paper.
Brush with egg white and put the vaflerne penslede page down against sugar.
Roll them lightly with a rolling pin, so they will be oval.
Put vaflerne with sugar side up on a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper.
Prick with a fork and bake them at 225 degrees for about 10-12 min, to the sugar caramelizes.
Allow to cool on a rack.
Put to last vaflerne together with whipped cream and raspberry jam.
