Instructions for French vegetable pie with cross ribs
To prepare the French vegetable pie with cross ribs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the meat with water, salt, pepper, bay leaf, thyme and parsley approx. 2 hours.
Arrow the bulbs and cut in quarters. Peel potatoes and carrots and cut them into large pieces of approx. 4 cm. Remove the outer leaves of the cauliflower. Cut the stick and cut the cabbage into slices. Add the vegetables to the meat and cook over approx. 30 min. Until everything is tender. Taste the dish with salt and pepper.
Cut the meat across the muscle wires. Serve the meat in deep plates with the vegetables and a little of the soup.
