To prepare the Foil baked helleflyndersteak recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the spring bulbs and halve them along unless they are very thin. Distribute the spring bulbs on four large pieces of aluminum or baking paper.
Lay the halibut sticks on top of the spring bulbs. Bring capers and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Put a buttercloth on top and pack the foil well around the fish, so it's very close.
Place the foil packs in the oven at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 30 minutes, or place them on the grill. Open the foil package at the table and sprinkle well with dill.
