Instructions for Foccaiabrød
To prepare the Foccaiabrød recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast in the warm water with the salt. Add the wheat flour to a smaller cup, so you can always control the consistency. The dough must drop the bowl, but still be on the border with the sticky. Let the dough rise at room temperature under a cloth for 10 minutes. Beat the dough and divide it into 8-10 flat buns that raise 15 minutes on baking sheets with baking paper. Just before the flat bread is baked, brush them with eggs and sprinkle with rosemary, oregano, garlic, olives, cheese, sun dried tomatoes or oats you like best and a little coarse salt. Bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
