Ingredients for Florentinere 03

115 | g | Canned fruit |
115 | g | Chopped peeled almonds |

120 | ml | Honey |

Instructions for Florentinere 03
To prepare the Florentinere 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven at 175 c.
Lubricate a 23 cm spring shape.
Put the hazelnuts on a piece of baking paper and put them in the oven for approx. 15 min until the surface starts to flake.
Take the hot nuts and roll them into a dish. Let the nuts steam for approx. 10 min.
Gnub the skin of the nuts and let them cool.
Chop the nuts roughly.
Shake almonds and brazil nuts in the oven for 8-10 min. Until they are light brown.
Let the nuts cool and chop them roughly.
Clean and dry the fruit + cherries and put it in a bowl with the nuts.
Add flour and spices.
Stir to the flour covers the fruit.
Bring honey and sugar in a saucepan over low heat.
Stir for sugar and honey is dissolved.
Stir the honey texture together with the fruit + nuts.
Pour the mixture into the mold and back for 25-30 minutes. To the surface is golden and bobbled.
Melt the chocolate over the water bath and add the oil.
Pour the chocolate over the confection (must be completely cooled)
Put the confection in the refrigerator for half an hour and serve room temperature.
