25gButter
3tbspFresh, chopped parsley
4tbspWheat flour
400gMinced cod fillet
6Chopped scallions (about 100 g)

To prepare the Fiskefrikedeller recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the cod with salt for approx. 1 minute.Come spring onion, parsley, pepper and egg in. Stir the milk in a little while and then the 2 kinds of flour. Put the dad in the refrigerator for approx. ½ hour.

Let the butter golden on the forehead. Fry the dishes with low heat, approx. 5 minutes on 3 pages. (About 15 minutes in total)

Serve the fries with carrot salad and potatoes. Or with tomato sauce and freshly cooked pasta.
