Ingredients for Fiskefrikedeller
Freshly ground pepper | ||

1¼ | tsp | Coarse salt |
1¼ | dl | Milk |
1½ | tbsp | Potato flour |
25 | g | Butter |
3 | tbsp | Fresh, chopped parsley |
4 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
400 | g | Minced cod fillet |
6 | Chopped scallions (about 100 g) |
Instructions for Fiskefrikedeller
To prepare the Fiskefrikedeller recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the cod with salt for approx. 1 minute.Come spring onion, parsley, pepper and egg in. Stir the milk in a little while and then the 2 kinds of flour. Put the dad in the refrigerator for approx. ½ hour.
Let the butter golden on the forehead. Fry the dishes with low heat, approx. 5 minutes on 3 pages. (About 15 minutes in total)
Serve the fries with carrot salad and potatoes. Or with tomato sauce and freshly cooked pasta.
