To prepare the Fishing packages for the grill recipe, please follow these instructions:
The butter is melted, the flour is added and spilled with the cream. Cook a few minutes. Add chopped, cooked blue mussels and boiled asparagus nuts and season the mixture with salt, pepper and sherry. The fish fillets are dried easily and seasoned with salt and pepper. Make a "fish sandwich": two fillets around mussel pollen and pack well into lubricated stanniol. Grilles approx. 15 min. On each side and serve the packages with salad, bread and new potatoes.
