To prepare the Fished in tomato sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the fish in a fireproof dish, mushrooms cut into slices and laid over the fish. The tomatoes are spiced with estragon, salt and pepper and poured over. Place in the oven for approx. 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees. Served with rice and salad.
