Ingredients for Fish with wild rice

Cream or creme fraiche
White pepper
Herbs-parsley, chives dill or thyme
Salt
0.5Lemon juice thereof
1dlGrøntsagsboullion
1cloveGarlic
1Leek or spring onion 2-3
2Tomatoes or ½ red pepper
3-400gLight fish URf.eks. cod or saithe

Instructions for Fish with wild rice

To prepare the Fish with wild rice recipe, please follow these instructions:

Saute the scallions/leeks and garlic in a pan for a moment. Add lemon juice and bouillon and then mixed herbs-preferably fresh, but not necessarily all the aforesaid. Season with salt and pepper and smooth the sauce with a little cream or creme fraiche, it must not be thick.

Put fish strips in a heat-proof serving dish and pour the sauce over. Garnish with slices of tomato or red pepper.

Steamed in the oven for about 20 minutes.
