Instructions for Fish Lasagna II
To prepare the Fish Lasagna II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Steam the spinach, to væden has evaporated. Slice the onion and carrots into thin slices. Put the plates are layered with lasagna spinach, onions and carrots then sauce, salt oge pepper. Then the spinach, fish, onion and Mornay sauce and another layer spinach, onion and gullerødder. Finish with Mornay sauce, cheese and salt and pepper to taste, and set the Pan in a hot oven at 200 degrees for about 40 min.
Tips:
Do not feel that ½ l Mornay sauce is enough ... usually use about 1 liter. Good appetite:-)
