Instructions for Fish cakes that taste like
To prepare the Fish cakes that taste like recipe, please follow these instructions:
Thaw the fish up in fridge overnight, chop them in a mincer with crab meat and onions.
Stir the forcemeat with eggs, flour, potato flour, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Let it rest in the refrigerator ½ hour before frying.
Use plenty of margarine for frying, fry them in ca. 6-7 min. on each side.
There will be about 18 large meatballs of the above-mentioned, as final touches weighs about 1 kg.
Tips:
Tomato sauce: 25 gr butter is melted at low heat and sprinkled with 2 ½ tablespoons. flour while stirring, then add the 4-5 dl. tomato juice, so it gets a, on request, appropriate consistency. Asparagus potato tastes fine to. Bon appétit!
