1dlBreadcrumbs
1tspSalt
4Small slices of boiled, smoked ham
4Small washers between the stored cheese
500gMinced veal and pork

Instructions for Filled rissoles

To prepare the Filled rissoles recipe, please follow these instructions:

Forcemeat is stirred together and shaped into 8 flat rissoles, of whom 4 must be slightly larger than the other.

1 slice of cheese and ham placed on each of the 4 small rissoles, and the other is added on top.

Krebinetterne chopped/pressed well along the edge so that the cheese does not spill out during frying. Fry the steaks in butter approximately 7 minutes on each side.

Server with fx. pasta or potatoes and vegetables.
