Instructions for Fast squash soup
To prepare the Fast squash soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
A finely chopped onion was poured golden in butter. Tear the squash well and raise it with the loaf. Add the pressed garlic. Pour the vegetable broth and bring the soup into a boil. It must boil without lid for 10 minutes.
Before serving, pour ½ dl. Whipped cream in the soup. It is seasoned with salt and pepper.
Serve hot, please with bread.
