To prepare the Fast-baked apple bar recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eaten Dough:
Flour and baking soda are sifted together. Salt and sugar are added. Cold butter is chopped in. Eggs and milk are whipped together. A little of it is saved for brushing. The rest is kneaded in the flour. The dough is rolled out into 1 cm thick to form an elongated surface that is split lengthwise.
Butter, sugar and vanilla are stirred together and lubricated in a stripe in the middle of each dough strip. Apple chips are put on. The dough is folded around the filling, brushed and sprinkled with sugar and chopped almonds.
Place the apple rods on a greased plate and baked in a preheated oven. 20 min. At 225 degrees C.
