3 | tbsp | Cinnamon |
5 | dl | Milk |
50 | g | Yeast |
750 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Fano Kringle
To prepare the Fano Kringle recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter with low heat in a saucepan. Heat the milk into the melted butter until it is finger-hot. Dissolve yeast in the mixture. Add sugar, salt and flour. Eat the dough until it is smooth and smooth. Let the dough raise a warm place for 45 minutes.
Replace the dough and roll it out to a square that is approx. 1 cm thick.
Filling:
Cut the butter into thin slices with a cheesecake and benefit the slices over the dough. Then dry with sugar and cinnamon. Fold the edges all the way around to hold the filling. Close the sides together over the middle of the long line (just like closing a book). Leave the pastry for 30 minutes.
Brush the cake with eggs. Mix sugar with the grains from a vanilla bar and sprinkle it over the pastry.
Bake the pastry at 190 degrees C for approx. 35 min. The pastry is crisp and golden. Let the pastry cool on a baker.
