1 | tbsp | Instant espresso |
1 | tbsp | Boiling water |
125 | g | Butter |
125 | g | Sugar |
150 | g | Icing sugar |
175 | g | Wheat flour |
250 | g | Crème fraiche 38% (a small cup) |
3 | Eggs | |
3 | tbsp | Milk |
Instructions for Espresso muffins (12 pcs)
To prepare the Espresso muffins (12 pcs) recipe, please follow these instructions:
DEJ: melt the butter.
Mix the butter and sugar together in a bowl.
Add the eggs.
Dissolve instant espresso in boiling water and mix it in the dough.
Add cream fraiche.
Add flour and baking soda.
Distribute the dough into muffin molds and bag them at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for 20 minutes.
GLASS: Dissolve instant espresso in boiling water and let it cool off.
Mix the cold espresso with flour and milk.
Decorate the muffins.
