Instructions for Entrecote Indochine
To prepare the Entrecote Indochine recipe, please follow these instructions:
First, prepare coleslaw. Find a bowl and grate the carrots coarsely into 2, let 200 g average red cabbage and 2 sliced scallions follow.
Mix a dressing. First with a teaspoon of each of these: soy sauce, honey, chopped ginger, garlic and vinegar, then with a tablespoon of sesame oil and olive oil. Mix in the vegetables along with a bundle of fresh coriander.
Roast or grill 2 entrecotes on a good hot pan in a little olive oil. They should have a couple of minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the salad to the meat along with good, wholemeal bread.
