To prepare the English custard I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring milk and lemon peel into boil. Bring icing sugar. Remove the saucepan from the heat and remove the lemon peel. Whip the eggs together and pour them in. Then fill the cream into a greased dish. The bake is baked in a hot oven at 170 degrees for approx. 20 minutes. When it starts to stiff, spread butter bumps on the surface. Served with caramel sauce.
