Instructions for Eggplant with fried bacon
To prepare the Eggplant with fried bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the bacon slices crisply on the forehead and put on the kitchen roll.
Eggs, milk and flour are whipped together, potatoes and cheese slices are cut into the tern and added, as well as salt and pepper.
The egg mixture is poured into the pan and finished with even heat. Stir occasionally in the egg mixture with a wooden pan until it starts to stiffen.
Serve from the forehead and decorate with chopped herbs and roasted bacon slices.
