1 | dl | Pumpkin seeds |
1 | dl | Havergryn |
1 | dl | Flax seed |
1 | dl | Oil |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | dl | Sesame seeds |
1 | dl | Sunflower kernels |
2 | dl | Water |
3 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Eco core crispbread
To prepare the Eco core crispbread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together. Place half of the dough on some baking paper and put a piece of baking paper on top, roll the dough out and cut it into squares approx. 5 times 5 cm. Remove the top layer of baking paper and place on a baking sheet, repeat the process with the other half of the dough. Bake what 180 degrees for approx. 15 min. Until they are light brown.
