Ingredients for Dumplings
0.75 | dl | Water |

1 | tsp | Baking soda |
1 | Red chili | |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | tbsp | Soy sauce |
100 | g | Corn |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | Spring onions | |
5 | Mushrooms |
Instructions for Dumplings
To prepare the Dumplings recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the mushrooms, scallions and chili. Stir-fry it all in a very warm wook or forehead for about 2 minutes. Add the soy sauce. Boil the liquid is evaporated.
Portion dough into 24 pieces. Form them into buns. Roll them out until they have a diameter of approx. 5 cm. insert 1 tsp. fill in each. Pinch the edges together and put them with the opening down in a steamer. Or, in the absence of such possibly. in a strainer or a colander set over a saucepan of boiling water. There should be a lid over the strainer.
Served warm with a good soy.
