Ingredients for Dug herring

1 | dl | Oil |
1 | tbsp | Salt |
1 | pkg | Herring fillets |
1 | tbsp | Sweet mustard |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
1 | tbsp | Sour mustard |
1-2 | tbsp | Dried dill |
2 | tbsp | Dill vinegar |
2 | tbsp | Freeze dried dill |
Instructions for Dug herring
To prepare the Dug herring recipe, please follow these instructions:
Thaw the herrings so much that they can be separated and opened. View them in to the leg and dorsal of clips. Open the herrings and put half with skin side down in an elongated, half deep casserole dish. Mix sugar, salt, dried dill and sprinkle it over the herrings. Rinse the fresh dill carefully and shake it free of water, cut half of herrings. Put the rest of the herring fillets with skin side up. Sprinkle the rest of the fresh dill over. Mix oil and Dill vinegar and pour over the warm. Put foil over and easy pressure on. Prick some holes in foliet so that can get air to. Set immediately herrings in the refrigerator and let them soak for the next day. Tag and to dish out and take the form sheet of herrings.
