Instructions for Donuts 02
To prepare the Donuts 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lean the milk and stir the yeast out.
Flour mixed with salt, sugar and cardamom.
This mixture of dry matter must now be combined with the soft butter in a uniform mass.
Then pour the lukewarm milk with yeast together with the two eggs.
Knead the dough well and then raise for 30 minutes.
The dough is a little sticky-but it just drops out so it can be shaped.
Once the dough is raised, you can do it in two ways.
1: make small bowls and dot holes in the middle with a sticker, a small glass or something similar.
2: Roll out the dough (1-2 cm thick) and plug the dough into a large and small ring.

Then I put all the donuts on a piece of baking paper and let them rise / rest until the oil is ready at about 165-180 degrees.
Put 3-4 rings in the pan at a time and give them about 4-5 minutes until they have the right color. The longer the time it seems.
tips:
You can use any kind of oils or grease for this - but I thought that friture is the best. I have missed too much cardamom - but it is taste and pleasure. The dough is super good for freezing. I just let them lie on the baking paper and freeze them. Then in a freezer bag. When they need to be used, I take them up a couple of hours before and put them on baking paper. In fact, they become more delicious and airy after freezing.
