Instructions for Delicious tebirkes with fill
To prepare the Delicious tebirkes with fill recipe, please follow these instructions:
Warm the milk and udrør the yeast in it. Add the eggs, sugar and salt. Add the flour and knead the dough smooth and supple. Let it raise ½ hour.
Knead the dough lightly through and roll it out to a square 30 x 40 cm. cut the cold butter into slices with a cheese plane and put it on the 2/3 of the dough. Fold the dough together in 3 layers, starting with the 1/3 without butter. Turn the dough 1/4 time and repeat the deployment.
