To prepare the Delicious spider roulade recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rumbug dough:
Take the mazarin pie and raspberries and mash / mash well together add cocoa powder and cream and knead again and then raspberry jam and knead to a solid dark chocolate paste. It's some grass work so would recommend using a hand blender, otherwise it just scratches five into the bowl. Once you have aged the dough well put aside until the roulade bottom is complete.
THIS SHOULD NOT BE SOLD ON COOL WHEN IT SHOULD ON A HEAT BUND!
Roulade the dough:
Whip egg and sugar airy with a handkerchief. Mix flour and baking soda and place it in the egg mixture. Whip the dough 2-3 min.
Grease the dough on baking paper on a baking sheet in a square (28 x 35 cm). Pour the roulade in the oven at 225 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle sugar on another piece of baking paper. Place the roulade with the top down and remove the first piece of baking paper. Sprinkle the batter on the dough and roll it together.
It is best when served cold!
