1 | dl | Sesame seeds |
1.5 | tsp | Salt |
100 | g | Grahams |
2 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
2 | dl | Durummel |
2 | tbsp | Canola oil |
225 | g | Grated carrots |
3 | dl | Buttermilk |
50 | g | Yeast |
8 | dl | Wheat flour (depends on how juicy carrots are) |
Instructions for Delicious Flutes with Carrots
To prepare the Delicious Flutes with Carrots recipe, please follow these instructions:
The buttermilk must have room temperature.
The yeast is stirred in the buttermilk.
Add oil, salt, lemon juice, sesame seeds and graham meal.
Stir all this well together.
Now tear the carrots and mix them in.
The dumplings and wheat flour are now coming in a little at a time.
The dough raises about 1 hour (like more until it has doubled)
Easily pour the dough through, possibly. With more flour.
Divide it into 3 potions and shape them into flutes, then place them on a plate of baking paper.
They must adhere for approx. ½ hour until they have become about twice as big.
Brush them with water and bag them at 275 * degrees for 25 minutes.
The dishes are cooled to a baker.
