Instructions for Delicious Filled Mørbrad
To prepare the Delicious Filled Mørbrad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Remove barriers and tendons from the sirloin and cut a deep groove along each side. Fill 3/4 part of parsley butter and walnuts and fresh parsley into the grooves and close the tenderloin with toothpicks. Put them in an oven dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put half the champions around the meat and add the rest of the parsley butter to the dish. Squeeze the garlic over the meat and cook in the oven at 175¤ for 30-40 minutes. Stir occasionally in the champions.
When the meat is finished, take it out and cover it while the sauce is done.
Pour the champions and the cloud into a small saucepan. Add the cremfraiche and a little soy sauce and cook through. Taste if To with the exotic soy sauce.
Cut the meat into the printer and server with the sauce. Fresh green pasta tastes really good.
tips:
The dish can be halved so that you only make a single sirloin.
