2 | dl | Sour cream |
2 | kg | Deer roast, back or thighs |
2 | dl | Whipped cream |
2 | tsp | Sour jelly |
2-3 | dl | Broth |
50 | g | Danablue |
Instructions for Deer stage I
To prepare the Deer stage I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the chopped meat into butter in a saucepan. Brown it well on all sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour half of the broth and ribs juice and let the steps turn small for approx. 1 hour. Turn the ladder and pour more broth and ribs juice. Continue the frying until the meat is tender. Take the meat and cook the cloud. Add cream and cream frisse and season with lemon juice and currant jelly. Finally stir a little danablue in the sauce and season with salt.
