0.5 | tsp | Ground coriander seeds |
1 | Eggs | |
1 | tbsp | Finely chopped parsley |
1 | tsp | Paprika |
1 | clove | Pressed garlic |
1.5 | dl | Water |
2 | dl | Wheat flour |
2-3 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
400 | g | Fish fillets of plaice or flounder |
4-8 | Lemon both |
Instructions for Deep fried fish fillets (2)
To prepare the Deep fried fish fillets (2) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the fillets and cut them into strips (2 cm. Wide). Pour lemon juice over, sprinkle with salt and pepper and let infuse for 30-40 minutes.
Stir the flour with water, eggs, parsley and spices. Stir in soda in eventually and let it stand and pull approx. 30 minutes.
Dry fish strips in paper towel paper. Heat the oil in a thick-bottomed pan (175 degrees)
Dip fish strips in the batter and deep fry them in oil, until golden on both sides. (A carrot in the oil soaks branknings products, and fish are not burned). Put the fried fish strips for draining on something fatty sucking paper.
Garnish with finely chopped parsley and lemon both. Server with fx. Pommes frits and a green salad.
