100 | g | Butter, diced |
2,5 | dl | Brown sugar |

Instructions for Deep fried banana with caramel sauce
To prepare the Deep fried banana with caramel sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Term the flour in a medium bowl and make a recess the middle.
Add egg and mineral water. Stir all of the moisture is absorbed and dough is smooth.
Heat the oil in a deep saucepan. Dip banana pieces in the batter a few at a time and let the excess batter drip off. Gently lower the bananas into the moderate heat oil and fry them on medium heat for 2 minutes until golden, crisp and through heat. Carefully take the pieces with a slotted spoon and let them drain on a paper towel. Kept warm. Repeat with the remaining banana pieces. Serve immediately with ice cream and caramel sauce.
Caramel sauce: mix all ingredients in a small saucepan and stir the sugar is dissolved and the butter is melted. Bring mixture to a boil, turn down and let the pot simmer for 2 minutes.
