Ingredients for Curry with minced meat and potatoes

1Fresh red chili udkernet and fintsnittet
1tbspCoarsely grated ginger
1Small onion chopped
1tbspMild curry paste
1tbspOil
1.5dlGreek yogurt
100gFresh spinach leaves
2cloveGarlic finely chopped
2tspGround coriander
2tspGround cumin
500gPotatoes, peeled and halved
500gLean ground beef or lamb
6dlWater

Instructions for Curry with minced meat and potatoes

To prepare the Curry with minced meat and potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat a saucepan and sweat the meat here. Take the meat and set it aside. Add oil and onion and stir at medium heat for 5 minutes.

Stir garlic, spices and curry paste in and lightning streak 1 min. Add the chopped meat, potatoes and 6 dl water. Bring the dish to boil, lay on and simmer for 30 minutes. Immediately before serving, add the spinach and yoghurt and simmer with the last minute after which the dish is ready to be served.

tips:
There are many different curry paste (curry paste), so try yourself. Up to the one you like best. Personally, I prefer a semi-strong green curry paste.
