Instructions for Cupcakes 02
To prepare the Cupcakes 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven to 200 degrees alm. oven.
All ingredients must have room temperature, otherwise the dough separates. Pour all the ingredients into a foie gras processor, except milk. If you do not have one, it will work with hand: a bowl and whipping. Add the milk and whip again until the dough is smooth. Distribute the dough into muffin molds. Just remember to fill half up before they raise. And unless the sleeve details are highly matriale, use more muffin information for a cupcake. They are to be baked for approx. 18 minutes, but look at them along the way.
Let them cool off on a baker.
Ganache is made by heating chopped chocolate and whipped cream at very low heat until the chocolate is melted. Whip it together until the mass is smooth and shiny.
Cut any unevenness of the cakes and cover them with a thick layer of ganache and decorate with gold buttons or other decorations.
