Ingredients for Cucumber-garlic Quark

150 | g | Quark 45% electricity. cream cheese |
2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
2 | dl | Whole milk |
3 | clove | Garlic |
50 | g | Black olives without stones |
Instructions for Cucumber-garlic Quark
To prepare the Cucumber-garlic Quark recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fault argurken and cut it through lengthwise. Scrape seeds out with a teaspoon and grate the cucumber coarse. Let argyrken pull approx. 15 min. with a little salt.
Stir in milk and oil together, Quark. Arrow onion and garlic and chop it finely. Cut the olives into cubes. Tubes all three things in the kvarken.
Press væden of the cucumber and stir it in the kvarken. Season with salt and pepper. Sake, dry and chop the cfire and stir it in at the end.
