To prepare the Crown cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir fat and sugar airy. Sprinkle the eggs, pour the egg yolks and stir well. Save egg whites. Squeeze or mash the potatoes fine and grind the almonds. Mix potatoes, almonds and fried lemon peel in the dough. Whip the egg whites into hard foam and gently turn them in. Then pour the dough into a well-stocked form that is about 1 ½ l. Bake the cake at 175 degrees on the middle shelf for 1-1 1/4 hour. Let the cake cool and serve it lukewarm or cold.
